Ranger Tammy Carmack, KNP&P Bear Monitor, described 513 as "unknown lanky not348" on October 28, 2024 via email to LTC. mckate commented in the description of her July 7, 2024 video of 513 "At first this bear reminded me a little of 348, but I'm not sure it it's even male." It is probably safe to say that 513 could easily be mistaken for 348 and vice versa.
513 has blonde tipped,, triangular ears and a narrow muzzle.

2024.07.08: 610 hangs out with 513 in mckate's video. Nice of them to stop to smell poop and give us a good look. Skinny bear (513) is taller than mckate thought. It isn't known who they were chasing at the end as we didn't get a good look.:
